One summer day a few years ago, my good friend Yaodong introduced me to an online contact from Colorado named Michael Steverson. Michael was volunteering to help Yaodong’s students practice English. He was also preparing for his first trip to China to teach English.
I followed Michael’s journey to Liuzhou, China through his blog. Michael teaches in Liuzhou and spends many hours taking amazing photos and writing about his life in China.
